If oven fix fails we can always just use this delightful stove we found in the forest …
Ladies toilet nearly complete
Tilly is inspecting if it all complies with regulations.
Monument saluting the sun. Only 437 planks to go.
The lovely ladies from Subject To Change cutting monument planks (not sure what Hugo is doing?).
The outdoor oven taking shape, will we have pizza, or will we move to ‘plan B’?
Kitchen sink and counter framework …
water supply …
the ladies’ room
partial framework for Venus ‘observatory’
the rest of the observatory …
Thanks to the amazing help and dedication of Rodrigo, Kerem, Alex, Hugo and Nathan – slogging in the rain – we finally made start building our Venus observatory / monument.
Is it now finally summer?
This is the design for our Venus observatory. The design is inspired by the path of Venus in relation to the path of the Earth and there are some more geeky details, all to be made clear once we have actually built it! But most importantly – it will allow multiple people to look at Venus in front of the sun. Designed by Jonah, Chris, Nathan, Bastien, Rich and Marije.
Random Landrover parts come in handy after all – useful for making rotating window walls. Now all we need is the window.
